    The Hyatt Regency Austin is a recently renovated hotel surrounded by the hill country of central Texas. The hotel is located in downtown Austin on the shore of Town Lake with 446 rooms including 18 suites and Hyatt Business PlanTM rooms. One block to Palmer Auditorium, 4 blocks from the Austin Convention Center and 12 blocks from the State Capitol complex. LaVista, a Texas theme three-meal restaurant, serves the No. 1 rated fajitas in Austin. The lobby lounge offers a full service menu, cocktails and outdoor dining on a patio deck. In addition, there is 24,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a health club, whirlpool, nine mile hike 'n bike trail and watersports on Town Lake.

    Guest Rooms (Standard): There are 446 spacious, Texas-style guest rooms. Choose from a king or two double beds. All rooms have a large desk and two chairs. King rooms have a sofa sleeper.     Suites (Suite): There are a total of 17 suites throughout the hotel.

    Executive Suites (Suite): The 12 Executive Suites feature a living area, couch and dining table with seating for four. These suites are 350 sq. ft. in size and offer fabulous views of the river. Parlors feature murphy beds. Available in one or two bedroom.

    Deluxe Suites (Suite): The four Deluxe Suites have a living area, couch and separate dining area and wet bar. These suites are 600 sq. ft. in size. Available in one or two bedroom.

    Presidential Suite (Suite): The Presidential Suite has a living room, dining room with wet bar, a king bed in the master bedroom and an oversize bath with European appointments. This suite is located on the 16th floor, with a balcony and views of the river. It is 1,000 sq. ft. in size with an extra bedroom available.
